Start with your operating question.

The form routes your enquiry by operating model and primary interest. These pathways explain what each type of working session is designed to examine.

Prepare a useful brief

Four details help us make the first session specific.

A long project document is not required. A short description of one operating problem is enough to prepare an evidence-led conversation. Do not include confidential, personal or production records in the enquiry form.

  1. 01
    Starting point

The regulation, risk, audit, control or client-delivery event that starts the workflow.

  2. 02
    Accountable people

Who prepares, reviews, approves, owns or independently validates the work.

  3. 03
    Evidence and decisions

Which records support the outcome and which decisions must remain attributable.

  4. 04
    Current friction

Where hand-offs break, context is lost, duplication occurs or the history becomes difficult to defend.

Inside the working session

Source, workflow, decision and retained history.

The demonstration uses representative product data. Illustrative organisations and people are not NeoGRC customers or references.

Show the source

Start from the relevant regulatory text, internal requirement, risk or audit objective.

Follow the workflow

Move through impact, ownership, evidence, action and review rather than isolated feature screens.

Make the decision

See where accountable people approve, reject, accept, escalate or ask for further evidence.

Retain the history

Review the relationships, versions and audit events that explain what changed and why.

Before you contact us

Practical questions about the first conversation.

NeoGRC is in early application development. We use the conversation to assess operating fit honestly; it is not a claim of automatic compliance or a promise that every requested capability is available.

What happens after you request a NeoGRC demo?

NeoGRC reviews the operating context in your enquiry, prepares one relevant workflow using representative data and works through it with the appropriate practitioners. Next steps are discussed only when there is a practical fit.

Can a GRC consultancy request a multi-client demonstration?

Yes. Select Consultancy Firm as the operating model and Consultancy portfolio as the primary interest. The session can focus on reusable methodology, client-specific configuration, white-labelled portals, portfolio oversight and data isolation between client environments.

Can we discuss a specific EU regulation?

Yes. DORA and GDPR can be selected in the enquiry form. The discussion can start from a regulatory source and follow the relevant obligation, risk, control, evidence, decision or incident workflow without claiming automatic compliance or providing legal advice.

Do we need to provide production or confidential data?

No. Initial conversations and demonstrations use representative product data. Do not send sensitive records through the form. Any later use of confidential or production information requires an agreed scope and appropriate security controls.

Can security and data isolation be reviewed before a product evaluation?

Yes. Choose Security and architecture review in the form to identify the relevant topic, such as tenant isolation, EU data residency, authentication, monitoring, recovery or supplier assurance.
