Terms for using NeoGRC services

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to the NeoGRC Solutions Pvt Ltd website, demonstrations, documentation and related services. NeoGRC’s head office is at NeoGRC Solutions Pvt Ltd, WeWork Embassy Vertex, Ground floor, 4th Block, Janardhana towers, Embassy Vertex, Shanthala Nagar, Richmond town, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560025, India. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

A signed order form, subscription agreement, services agreement or Data Processing Agreement takes priority where it conflicts with these website terms. Features and commitments may differ by plan, configuration, geography, release status and negotiated agreement.

Service purpose and professional judgement

NeoGRC provides regulatory-intelligence and connected governance, risk and compliance capabilities. The service may help teams analyse regulatory sources, map obligations, maintain risks and controls, collect evidence, manage audits and route accountable work for review.

Automated or AI-assisted outputs support human decisions. They are not legal advice, regulatory approval, an audit opinion, certification or a guarantee of compliance. You remain responsible for applicability decisions, professional review, control design and verification against authoritative sources.

Accounts, data and acceptable use

Users must protect credentials, use only authorised accounts and promptly report suspected compromise. The organisation controlling a workspace is responsible for permissions and user access. As between the parties, customers retain ownership of data they provide and grant NeoGRC the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure and support that data under the applicable agreement.

• Do not access another organisation’s account, workspace or data without authorisation.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material or data you do not have a right to process.
• Do not bypass security, rate limits, tenant isolation or other technical controls.
• Do not present assisted outputs as regulator-approved conclusions or independent professional advice.

Intellectual property and third-party material

NeoGRC and its licensors own the software, design, documentation, workflows, methods, templates and branding, excluding customer data and third-party material. Any permitted use is limited, non-exclusive and tied to the authorised period and business purpose.

Regulations, standards, guidance and linked services remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. NeoGRC summaries and mappings are workflow aids; the official source remains authoritative. Integrations are also governed by the applicable third party’s terms and privacy practices.

Availability, liability and changes

NeoGRC may update the service for security, legal, operational or product reasons. Trials and previews may be incomplete and may change. Contractual service levels, warranties, liability limits, suspension rights, termination arrangements, data export and governing law are defined in the signed customer agreement where one exists.

For website-only use, the services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do.
