Enterprise GRC software built for complex organisations.
Connect regulatory compliance, risk, controls, evidence and audit across business units—without losing the ownership, access boundaries and local context that make governance work.
- Unlimited named users
- Up to 3 additional instances
- Dedicated database option
- Scoped enterprise access
Give every governance record a place, owner and operating context.
Replace disconnected registers and document trails with a system of record that connects obligations to the work used to satisfy them.
Multi-entity governance
Model group, legal-entity, business-unit and programme boundaries without fragmenting enterprise oversight.
Connected obligations and controls
Relate regulations, policies, risks, controls, evidence, findings and actions in one operating model.
Controlled workflows
Route reviews, approvals, attestations and remediation work to accountable owners with due dates and history.
Scoped access
Restrict access by organisation, business unit, regulation, module and role while keeping named accountability.
Audit-ready records
Preserve decisions, evidence, ownership and record changes so assurance teams can follow the operating trail.
Portfolio visibility
Give leadership a group-wide view while allowing local teams to manage the detail they own.
Central standards without erasing local accountability.
Select a sample business unit to see how shared governance and local execution can coexist. Planned regulation labels describe roadmap coverage; DORA and GDPR are live.

What procurement and governance teams usually ask.
Need a more detailed architecture or security conversation? We can shape the first session around your review criteria.
Review security architectureDoes NeoGRC Enterprise limit the number of users?
No. Enterprise customers can create unlimited named users without a per-seat ceiling. Roles and scopes still determine what each person can view, change or approve.
Can Enterprise include separate development, testing or UAT instances?
Yes. Enterprise customers can have up to three additional NeoGRC instances for development, testing, user acceptance testing or other agreed pre-production needs. Their purpose and deployment arrangement are confirmed during solution design.
Can our organisation use a dedicated database?
Yes. A dedicated customer database is available as a paid Enterprise option when your architecture, procurement or isolation requirements call for data to be held outside the shared database environment. Scope, region, migration and operating requirements are agreed during solution design.
Can central and local teams work differently?
Yes. Group teams can define common policies and controls while business units retain local ownership, procedures, evidence and approval paths. Access can follow those organisational boundaries.
Which regulations can be managed in NeoGRC?
NeoGRC currently supports live DORA and GDPR workflows, with additional regulatory coverage introduced through the platform roadmap. The connected model also allows enterprise policies, controls and evidence to be reused across obligations.
How does an Enterprise deployment begin?
We first map your entities, regulatory scope, roles, data requirements and priority workflows. A focused deployment then establishes the operating model, imports agreed records and validates governance with a representative team before broader rollout.
Bring your operating model. We’ll make the first session specific.
Discuss business-unit structure, unlimited-user access, additional development and testing instances, regulatory scope and whether a dedicated customer database is right for you.
